Xenia Scholler joined Viavanta in January 2022 and is the youngest member of the team. As a Project Leader and Recruiter, she is responsible for filling key positions in the retail, industry, and ICT sectors. With great enthusiasm, she embodies Viavanta's motto, "Moving people," in her daily work. She particularly enjoys the daily interaction with people from diverse backgrounds, which is the main reason she chose to work as a recruiter.
Before joining Viavanta, Xenia completed a one-year internship at an executive search firm in Basel following her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in International Human Resources Management. This experience helped her transition into the professional world.
Xenia finds it exciting that Viavanta is a member of Kestria, an international network of boutique executive search firms with more than 600 consultants in over 40 countries. Both professionally and personally, she is interested in cultural differences and the diversity that arises from global networking. This interest also led her to take courses in ‘Cross-Cultural Management’ during her studies.
Xenia grew up in the Basel region and moved to Zurich at the beginning of 2022. During the summer, she enjoys spending her free time by the water, especially along the shores of Lake Zurich. She has also recently discovered her passion for Kung Fu and Yoga, which she finds to be an ideal balance to her work life. She loves to travel during her holidays, exploring new cultures and finding inspiration.
