Sandro Eggimann is the youngest member of the Viavanta management team and has been a partner since January 2024. He can now look back on 8 years of experience in executive search and direct search. During his professional career, he worked for established Swiss companies in recruiting and actively helped to build specific business units.
Sandro focuses on the search for executives and specialists in the fields of technology, information security and data management across all industries.
His profession is also his vocation and he is absolutely passionate about what he does. Partnership, equality, honesty and transparent and constructive communication are the cornerstones of his success.
Sandro is married, father of a 6-year-old daughter and has a degree in business administration with a focus on general management. He is also a qualified youth and sports teacher and has been teaching tennis to children and adults for over 10 years.
