Mikela Szolansky has over six years of experience in recruitment. She deepened her expertise in recruiting and filling management and specialist positions through her previous role as Head of ICT Infrastructure in a medium-sized Swiss recruitment company.
She has been a consultant at Viavanta since 2024. Together with the team, she develops innovative recruitment strategies, manages complex search mandates and advises clients with a focus on the ICT, retail and industrial sectors.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Islamic Studies from the University of Zurich and is currently completing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the ZHAW School of Management & Law.
As the mother of a young daughter, Mikela also brings valuable insights into work-life balance and modern working models to her work. She likes to spend her free time traveling or hiking, skiing and snowboarding in the mountains. To balance things out, she also likes to play golf or immerse herself in a good book.
