Rebecca Menzi is a Consultant at Viavanta and has been with the company since its inception. With a decade of experience in executive recruitment, she has refined her expertise across a variety of industries. Her responsibilities go beyond developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies; she also conducts comprehensive research that is vital for the successful placement of key positions.
Before joining Viavanta, Rebecca gained valuable experience in the executive search industry in Zurich, where she played a pivotal role in numerous projects, delivering customized solutions to her clients. As an active member of Kestria, an international network of boutique executive search firms with over 600 consultants in more than 40 countries, she contributes to the ongoing growth and strengthening of the network.
Rebecca is the mother of two sons and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HWZ Zurich. She lives in Wil SG, where she enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family and engaging in social projects.
