Larissa Leitner has been working as a consultant at Viavanta since 2019, including a maternity break. Her focus is on the recruitment of executives and IT specialists in the course of large multiple search projects, two of which she managed in-house. Larissa is a true treasure hunter and storyteller who can quickly familiarise herself with new areas of responsibility and builds long-term relationships with her trustworthy, unobtrusive manner. In the future, she sees many processes being simplified and automated by AI, but the personal and human factor in recruitment will continue to be of central importance in order to be successful together.
She began her career in 2008 at a small recruitment consultancy in Vienna, where she was primarily responsible for recruiting IT specialists and for positions in finance and assistance on a mandate basis. There she also gained her first valuable experience in direct search and research.
In 2014, she and her partner moved to Switzerland for a new chapter in their lives. She worked in Zurich until 2017, before the birth of her first son, in a Swiss personnel consultancy in the field of IT positions on a success basis.
Larissa comes from Austria and now lives with her partner and two young sons in Hongg, Zurich. She holds a Master's degree in Spanish Linguistics and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences. She spent a total of 1.5 years studying in Granada, Spain.
