Christina Raeder is Head of Research and Partner at Viavanta. With over 20 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in the recruitment of executive board members and senior leaders across various industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and others.
Throughout her career, Christina has successfully established and developed research departments and leverages her expertise to craft bespoke search strategies that support diversity initiatives.
Before joining Viavanta, Christina served as CEO and Managing Partner with a focus on Research & Diversity. In this role, she led major executive search projects and developed innovative recruitment methods for international clients. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Psychology, as well as a CAS in Business Administration from Goethe University Frankfurt.
Outside of work, Christina lives with her partner and is the mother of a daughter. In her free time, she loves spending time in nature, whether horseback riding or scuba diving, and finds relaxation in a cup of tea and her passion for rock music.
